About 400 national and international members currently belong to the Association for Goldsmiths´ Art, including many internationally recognized gold- and silversmiths, as well as designers, sculptors, gallery owners, researchers, jewelers, museums, educational institutions, and associations.
The Association consists of active, sponsorial, and honorary members. Individuals as well as corporations, associations, companies, etc. can become active and sponsorial members
What does membership cost?
The annual membership fee for an active member is 125 € (companies 256 € / year and up), a sponsorial membership is possible starting at 154 € / year. Students pay a reduced fee of 31 € / year (student card required)
How can I profit from a membership?
In addition to international competitions, we organize exhibitions exclusively for our members. Twice a year, you will get a free copy of the International Exhibition Calendar for Jewelry and Design, the Jewelry Guide.
Among other things, our circular letter and a monthly newsletter will inform you of current events such as exhibitions, workshops, seminars, competitions, and exhibitions of our gold and silversmith members.
At the end of the year, you will get a selected list of newly published books on jewelry and hollowware design.
How do I become a member?
To apply for membership, send us the registration form, which can be downloaded below, with a few photographs of your works or reference to these in the media. Our admissions committee will make the decision on your acceptance. You will then receive an appropriate membership agreement and the by-laws of the society.
